To tell you the truth, I am pretty bored nowadays to read review and to read meme, most of the times I want to sleep. So I decided to come up with a juicy one

Ken comes across to me as a very motivated young man. He is a goal getter. If anyone of us wanted to complain we don’t have time , you need to find out what is the normal routine of this young man. He has a full time job and he wakes up every morning at 4am to blog. He has to correct me that he meditated before he blogs.

One day I did not see him post a new post, it was very unlikely of him to miss his own set schedule, then he wrote on his blog the next day that ” My Office was Burned Down! “. A few of us who have followed his blog were concerned about his well being. He received 19 comments on that blog asking him if he was alright. But, the fire did not damper his spirit, the next few days after he settled down, he continued his Tao’s journey of blogging .
All in all, from March to July he has written 113 post and the break down was :

These are my interview questions with him :
1. Jamy :What are the 3 things that set you apart from all the tech blogs on the blogosphere ?
Ken : Wow, this is a tough question! I see many bloggers stand in the same ship of tech blog these days. It’s too crowded already and I won’t stuck myself into that ship.
Technology have a wide range of topic to discuss. My tweaks in this
market will be:
1. Unique
2. Core
3. Flexible
Unique in content presentation, which mean no repetition from other content.
Core means to show only the most important parts and truncate all unnecessary parts.
Flexible in my approach to the reader’s mind.
2. Jamy : How do you wash your dishes (plates, bowls, spoons etc…)?
Ken : LoL, this is a rare question, Jamy. I wash like normal people do. The only different is in the water. I’m using warm water when washing the dishes.
Jamy : Ken, listen here, I don’t think you really answer my question . I want you to tell me if you wash your plate :
1. Inside out or outside in.
2. Quick or slow and meticulous.
This will be a very enlightenting kind of question.
Finally Ken comes out with this : I wash plate Inside out, quick and with a hard pressures on the dishes. . What is this all about? Kind of curious! :)
3. Jamy : Do you wear pajamas when you go to sleep ? If so, could you take a picture of your pajamas for me .
Ken : I don’t wear Pajamas. Just underwear and singlet only! so, I couldn’t give you the picture here… it’s embarrassing! :p
Jamy : Can u give me a photo of you with singlet or show your legs :). I am sure lots of girls want to see your naked legs , ha ha ha; and with hairs . We have to create sensation on this one .
Ken obligedly said : Alright, I will do it but you have to wait till 5pm after I finish work and take the picture.
He did not know what he gotten himself into .

4. Jamy : Tell me 2 most embarrassing moment in your life.
Ken : 1. Found naked by a group of female friends when doing a school camping (High School)
2. Become a stone man when the first time making a presentation in front of 200 peoples! (Work). Oh, this is question bring back my old sweet memory. ho-ho-ho!
5. Jamy : Tell me 3 things that you are fearful of :).
Ken : 1. Dark Place,
2. Spiders and lot of legs + ugly looking creatures!,
3. Smooth sounds calling from my back

Now about the washing dishes part. This philosophy was imparted to me by my formal boss. This guy was same age as me but he was 101% more successful than me in term of business. He told me one of the check lists on staff recruitment was to get every candidate to wash a pot. He owned a multi million conglomerate company. You can find a lot of his factory’s t-shirt in JC Penny chain stores in the US. He said from the way a person washed the dishes you can know one or two things from this person. You can kind of know if the person is conventional, unconventional; you can also tell if the person is a team player, follower, leader, etc…
Most conventional people wash the dishes (be it ports, plates or cups) inside out but a non- unconventional people would wash the dishes outside in (I am one of them). You don’t find that kind of candidate a lot but sometimes out of the blue, you get such candidate. You can also find out if he/she is a big picture kind of person or a detail oriented kind of person (meticulous). I hope this will clear out Ken’s curiosity on why I asked him such a question.
Ken told me he washed his plate inside out and quick, but he did reveal an information that I did not ask him to, that is he used warm water and pressed hard.
From my experience in hiring many people on my previous job experience and had practiced the cleaning of pot many times on my candidates; I can assure you that Ken is the kind of person who will walk an extra mile for you if you are his employer ! He is a good team player but beware and be assured that he will not work for you for the rest of his life. He dares to take the challenge.
Ok, now who is next, queue !

I have found Ken to be a very kind and hardworking individual with a lot of drive to succeed and I wish him tons of success!

Hmmm… just you can come out with this kind of question, Cirnelle , ha ha ha ha.
For some reasons, I would wash the outside bottom first, the the along the side outside (fast), then I will wash inside then slightly rinse the outside.
It is quite interesting, I found 2 of such employees and they turn out to be a bit like me, very perseverance and can ‘chai ko’ kind :), pioneer kind of spirit. Aiya, like Ken, I am reminiscing my younger days now :).

Interesting take on the washing plate questions, I believe I wash plate inside out bcos usually the inside is where the leftover food are, so I hate to leave leftover stuck on the plate long.
