A million reasons why I should extend my apology to my commentators.
This post is inspired by Jenny of jennyhow dot com on her recent post on Thank You Links. In fact when I read her list of July 2007 top commentators, a sense of guilt came over me. I was so concentrated on giving my “28″ top commentator reward that I neglect to thank every commentator who has commented.

I want to extend my sincere apology to everyone who has commented, even 1 comment, I am indebted to your time and effort.
This bring me back to a thought that I have in mind for a long time. How long can a blogger survive without a comment on his/her blog ? No doubt we all started to blog on topics which we love but let’s be honest to ourselves, how long can we go on talking to ourselves without any audiences or responds ? 3 months ? 6 months ? 12 months ? 2 years ? 3 years ?
That is why it is the number one priority for every blogger who wanted to be successful is to reply to their commentators’ comments, be it silly or serious. Unless it is a spam, no comment is too little to be ignored.
I have a few blogging’s vitamins that I take every day because these vitamins help me to vitalize my blogging journey.
My Number One big gun vitamin is none other than my blogging guru : Kuanhoong of kuanhoong dot com.
I have a lot of blogging vitamins that I take every day. I have to confess, sometimes with the demands of my life outside of my virtual world, I do forget (I am still a human though I am a bionic woman with a heart pacemaker implant), but these are 2 that I faithfully take since day 1 of my blogging journey :

My blog reflects a lot about my thoughts, my strategy on investment and my family life.
I am an asthma patient , ADVAIR is what kept me from asthma attack everyday. Likewise, these blogging vitamins kept me from blogging withdraw syndrome attack.
For those of you who have linked me and subscribed to my feed (that is one of the beauties of Wordpress, you know who link you the minute you log on your site administration tool), I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart ( I am sincere now, not from my buttock this time) . Without your support, how long do you think I can go on blogging ? Not too long, I will “tutup” (close) my Kopitiam (coffee shop) sooner than you think. I am vainer and love applause more than you have thought !. If I have been born in America, I am very sure my goal in my teenage life had to be Gator’s cheerleader :).

In my past posts, I used heading like 5 steps …or 3 reasons… but with this post, I used a million because there are too many reasons that I can count why I should extend my apology to my commentators. The comments are one of my reasons that have kept this Kopitiam “buka” (open). I started this new blog on Wordpress platform since mid July 2007. I started my first post on July 11th 2007, for 21days of my new blogging journey, I have written 42 posts and received 444 comments. Chances are half of the comments were my replies to my commentators’ comments. I am not here to boast about the statistics but I am here to thank everyone who made that statistics happen.
Linguistic lesson : For my non-Malay speakers, you have learned 2 Malay words today from this post :).

Just nice. I posted my “thank you” blog post for my 3rd month landmark post.
Hmm, so instead of giving out USD28 to the top commentator, are you going to show your appreciation by giving everyone USD28?
Don’t worry, It’s just a part of a contest.
I believe comments will keep rolling in your blog because your blog is unique.
