I have been putting a conscientious effort in building network in the blogosphere since I discovered the power of networking in the blogosphere.

If you have been paying attention with my loading page of this blog, you would have noticed the picture of this elegant lady sipping her coffee away, most likely in an outdoor Paris cafe ?

Well, this is my most recent project. This logo is my Ecafe’s network. You might be surprised to notice this network is slowly making its presence in the blogosphere. Who knows one day Mr Howard Schultz of Starbucks might ask me to blog an article about starbucks ?

Well, not to distract from the main topics , I like to tell you the why, how, what on the birth of Ecafe.

I have many friends, coworkers, church families who like to blog but do not know how to go about doing it. I decided I would help them with some of the blogging skills I have acquired during my blogging journey. After I drafted my thoughts, strategies and plans , this Ecafe network finally took its debut.

For all the friends, coworkers, and church families who I helped to start a blog, I requested them if they would put this beautiful coffee lady on their blog and a link back to seaykopitiam dot com. I am surprise that I do not receive any negative remark on the suggestion and everyone say “YES” without any hesitation. So if you happen to see this coffee lady in the blogosphere, it is the Ecafe network .

There are at least a few 5 good reasons to be in Ecafe network for new bloggers :

1. You will receive regular emails on some simple ‘How-To’ tips on getting traffic to your blogs in your baby steps of your blogging journey.

2. You will know that you are not ALONE on this blogging journey, there will be other blogging friends who are in this network who will visit your blogs and will say hello and will make comments.

3. You will be the early birds whom I will send you alert mails on recent trends , recent debut paid post companies or writing tips such as “How-To” write a killer header,”How-To” turn your one-time visitors to regulars and etc…

4. You can SHARE your life experiences and skills with other people on the network because many of the people in the network might not necessary be a tech guru but they bring with them various expertises and experiences in their fields, for eg. one of them is a home school mother who can tell you the inside out, outside in of why, how and what of home schooling and the other is a cardiac surgeon originally from Peru and so forth and forth.

5. Blogging can be a frustrating process for many of us, remember the weekend when we tried many hours to figure out how that html code worked ? Well, with Ecafe, at least we can fall back from one another experiences in our blogging journey.

Today, I like to introduce you one of my Ecafe network friend, Jessie.

Jessie is a friend whom I met on a forum I often visit. She hails from Malaysia and has been married to the same husband for 9years now. Jessie has many rich working experiences, she worked in many public listed companies in Malaysia prior her marriage to her American husband. She is an accountant by training and is working and studying very hard for her CPA exam.

She is very challenged as far as computer, internet and blogging is concerned. I have encouraged her and she has taken the very first step to come out of her cocoon . This is her blog and I think you can learn many things from Jessie. Today she wrote an article titled : “10 things you want to know about Internship in Metro D.C.”. I think for a new blogger who has just started blogging, she has done well.
