Seaykopitiam’s Dummies Recipe :
1. 1 pack of frozen meat ball.
2. 1 can of kidney bean.
3. I can of diced tomato
4. I can of peas.
5. 1 can of spaghetti sauce.
6. I onion.
Dummies method:
1. Chopped onion.
2. Open all cans.
3. Put all ingredients in a big pot and add few cups of water (depend on your fancy).
You can eat with noddles or rice.

Chilli is Mexican food, not our chilli ,chilli. It is a mixture of ground beef with beans. A very typical South American and Mexican food.

This is one of the favorite food here especially states boarder Mexico such as Texas, CA, New mexico. So when you heard Chilli here, it is bean kind of food.

Here the angmo very different from the angmo in Aust (more English), here a lot of Spanish influence cos of proximately to Cuba, Mexico, South American.
Back there potatoes and steak more stable diet, here more rice and bean :):). In fact, I was surprised that most of my angmo friends don’t eat sandwich for lunch. They eat rice :):). Very different here with lots of latino influence, they eat a lot of similar food like our Indians , hot and spicy.

They often eat their jalapeno with their rice. Here I am a Malaysian cannot take hot and chilli food, stay too long in ‘white’ kangaroo land :):).

I think it is about 100 for less than $15 and it is delicious and the ingredient was good (they tell you exactly what they have in the label) so no need to reinvent the wheel.
Some of the ingredient are low sodium, so they are not good.
If you notice one of my theme of this blog is simple living. So everything that I have in my house is simple living created by simple system.

and everyone in the house except JJ can easily wipe out a pot of meat ball chilli or meat ball spaghetti. Save time save money and delicious. Not need to spend hours shopping, cooking or queue at restaurant for meals :):). Can free up our time with some other things :).
