Look at real estate pictures and think of moving, relocate because I know I cannot do it in the midst of my exams and 1 million other studies things.
What do you think of this house ?
I love light, I love house that has lots of sunshine :). I love window where it gives me a full view of my backyard and I love high ceiling. My present house does not have all these features because I was dumb when we first bought our 1st home.

Just want to share with you when I am stress, I waste time . I don’t crave or eat comfort food like a lot of others do, I waste time on doing things I should not because I am cramped for them, but well, sigh !

Cirnelle, here all houses have central aircon and heater, you set the temperature to one which you think is optimum.
During summer, I normally set my central AC to around 75-77F. During winter, I set my central heater to around 70-72F. And ventilation outlets (where you turn on the fan on
AC/heater) are located all over the house , some houses have vent outlets on the floors (older house like mine) or on the wall and most new houses vents are on ceiling or higher up on wall. Normally we don’t open door or window here because the hot or cold air can affect the contain air temperature. Air filters and humidifiers are important tools to keep contain air fresh. Window insulators are important tools to keep heat from getting in during summer or heat from getting out during winter. Now a lot of new houses contractor/architects are very into energy efficient.
I think this house has only a fan at their living room (that probably show it has very good vent). Since it is Cathedral ceiling, I bet most rooms have good ventilation (most likely the vent outlets are along the high end of the wall). That is why a lot of people look for Cathedral ceiling. My present home, the ceiling is so low so we have fans almost every room :), it was built with older system configuration.

I keep that temp. most of the times. Even if it is very hot or cold outside, once in the home, it is very nice.
The thermostat will automatically shut the AC or heater off once the home temperature reach the temp you set.
