I sincerely find blogging is a viable home business that can provide you with a consistent passive part time income which can benefit many stay home mothers. Mothers who decided to stay home for a number of years while their children are young. I knew many stay at home and home school mothers in my church and I wanted to pass on my vision of blogging as a viable home business for them.

In case you don’t know what is a surety bond, this is a simple explanation :
A surety bond is a contract among at least three parties:
1. The principal - the primary party who will be performing a contractual obligation
2. The obligee - the party who is the recipient of the obligation, and
3. The surety - who ensures that the principal’s obligations will be performed.

Base on the agreement , the surety agrees to uphold for the benefit of the obligee - the contractual promises (obligations) made by the principal if the principal fails to uphold its promises to the obligee. The contract is formed so as to induce the obligee to contract with the principal, i.e., to demonstrate the credibility of the principal and guarantee performance and completion per the terms of the agreement.

Basically, there are two main categories of bond types: contract bonds and commercial bonds. Contract bonds guarantee a specific contract. Examples include performance, bid, supply, maintenance and subdivision bonds. Commercial bonds guarantee per the terms of the bond form. Examples include license & permit, union bonds, etc.

Today, I like to bring to your attention about surety bond.

One of the industries that definitely need surety bond is mining. The mining industry is subject to a number of laws that trigger financial guarantee obligations. For example, the Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has promulgated regulations for locatable minerals (3809 Regulations) requiring that the estimated reclamation costs for even the smallest of mining projects be secured by a financial guarantee. Halloween started very early in my school’s library this year. They started the decorations since a month ago:). We don’t celebrate Halloween in a big way. Most of the years since I moved here to America, I would prepare my candies in a small brown paper bag and I would glue a Christian tract outside of the paper bag . I am sure the kids would pass the Christian tract to their mommies and daddies and have the candies for themselves :).

Ignorant is not bliss.
