As I said before and will say again and again that every asset class has its cycle. Investment is cyclical. It is like there are 4 seasons in a year, spring, summer, fall and winter. There will be times renting a home is more investment wise than owning a home. You might not necessary believe what I say because you do not think I have the credential to make such a statement.
