Yesterday while I was at the book store’s cafe , I overhead an elderly woman making a big sigh over a foreclosed home’s news. I watched the news with her for a few minutes and said that there will be more of such news coming; and that the woman and her bank were responsible for what happened. This elderly woman was shocked with what I said, she probably expected to me say otherwise. The reason that woman house was foreclosed was that the tenant did not pay her rent, what an excuse was that ? I don’t buy it. Well, I am all for loan and personal loan which are secured loans.
