How to lose weight in 5 organized way.

No doubt, there are a lot of various kinds of diet plans, exercise regimes out on the market to lose those extra pounds in your body, but I find the following 5 organized ways very effective to lose weight.

This method is more so for busy people who are rushing from one place to another like me : from dropping off my son at school to lecture halls to clinical labs to library to hospital and to home.

I think the deadly weapon for me to put on weight is picking up my meals such as “fries”, “burgers”, “fried chicken” from the drive ins ! It was those meals that were not planned that boosted up my extra pounds.

I would like to share with you how I lost 5 pounds within 2 weeks since I started this regime :

1. Stock up your cars with snack bars.
The optimum kind of snack bars that you stock should be sugar free, high in fiber and low in calories. You should do some research in the local grocery stores on the kind of snack bars that are appropriate for your liking.

I had found that this way prevented me from picking up oily finger food such as fries and high calories snacks such as cinamom rolls from the drive in.
To start with the process, this is the one I choose. 90 calories a bar.

2. Stock up your cars with bottled water.
This prevents you from drinking too much soda, and water is good for you as well. An average person needs 6-8 cups of water a day depend on his/her daily activity.

3. Plan your weekly menu.
Most days I would eat out for my lunch and I am extra careful not to pick up lunch from fast food chains’ drive ins for food such as “Burgers” or “Fried Chicken”. Instead I created some simple breakfast and lunch which I can carry with me and eat in the car.

    Breakfast :
    1. Hard boil eggs
    2. Banana
    3. Cereal bars
    Lunch
    1. Sandwich that is made up of whole wheat bread with turkey and alfalfa with honey mustard.
    2. Wheat grain wrap with chicken with lettuce with honey mustard.
    Dinner
    1 portion of fish or meat
    2 portion of vegetables
    1 portion of carbohydrates such as rice.

4. Do your shopping in your day off.
Find out the ingredients you need for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make sure you read the labels to find out the calories on the snack bars you wanted to buy.

5. Celebrate your weight lost with special food you like.
I do believe in rewards. I do believe rewards motivate us to achieve the goals that we have set for ourselves. So inevitably a small bar of dark chocolate is a good reward for me.

  1. If I get hungry while on the road, I try to remember it is only 30 minutes to my house. And we can all wait an extra 30 minutes to eat. Especially here in America- the land of convenience.
