I love to read stories of successful people. I was reminded by my pastor last week sermon that CNN is a ‘bad news’ TV channel, I thought ‘Wow, how true was his observation !’. I realized I I have been blogging a lot on negative news such as the collapse of our dollar, the sub-prime loan crisis and many other negative news, and I am not too please about the negative blogging theme.

I was born with congeniality heart diseases, a PDA, an ASD and a 3rd degree heart block but I was always upbeat about life. I have never let my diseases out beat me. I did more things than a lot of people who have normal heart. I achieved a lot more things than people who were born normal. So, I tell myself, enough is enough, unless I am gonna give solution to the negative news, I am not going to blog a whole lot about negatives news that surround us !

So, today, I am bringing you stories of 2 very successful women : Kim Kleeman and Amy Smilovic. Both are successful in their own rights. One in education business and the other in apparel busienss. And both own companies that ranked in millions.

For anyone of my readers who do not understand why I believe that gold is a better monetary standard than our present paper standard, this video does a wonderfully explanation of why ? how ? and what ?

This video has been dug 3686 times in digg.com and I am very delighted that with the continuing economics downturn in this country, more and more main stream investors are seeing gold as a must in their asset allocation sooner than they have thought.

How many of us complain day in and out with a well physical body ? And yet many of us do not achieve as much as Melissa Stockwell who does not have a leg ?

Stockwell, who lost her left leg to a roadside bomb in Baghdad, was one of 18 women named to the U.S. Paralympic Swim Team on Sunday, becoming the first Iraq war veteran to be selected for the Paralympics.

No Iraq or Afghanistan veterans were among U.S. disabled athletes in Athens in 2004 or Turin in 2006. Stockwell is the first to land on the team headed to Beijing this summer.

Whenever I look at my 5 years old boy, his never ceasing enthusiasm always fascinate me. I can see so much of me in my boy. He is very active, optimistic, cheerful , and possess an extremely cheerful spirit !

When I was in my college years, I could not understand people who possessed negative attitude or pessimistic view. I always look at the bright side of life, whether I failed the 3rd times in my driving test, dumped by a guy who left me after I had a stroke or faced an open heart surgery. As far as my own belief and philosophy,the ultimate battle of mankind is death ! No human being in this earth has conquered death but because I believe in Jesus death on the cross which bought me an eternal life, there is nothing too big to be upset in this life. What is more in life than knowing I have eternal life ? I had faced challenges and obstacles but I do not think there is anything bigger than death.
