With Win Dixie card, you can get PERT shampoo or conditioner for $1.99. This week Sunday Gainesville Sun has a $2 coupon for Pert Shampoo/conditioner but if you do not have, you can print out the coupon here.
You pay $7.99 and the store pays you back for $7.99, get an organic mascara for free at CVS. Too good to be true ? :).
