I got my first pay check this Friday. Though I have worked before this in the US prior to going back to school but I considered this as my first professional job in the US. I wanted to threat my family to an expensive ‘restaurant’ dinner but I changed my mind when I got out of the training class at 2:30am. I thought there were ample of time to do some grocery shoppings and ample time to prepare a delicious meal for the family :).

I went to the store to get some seafood , fruits and dessert. I got some shrimps, crab cake, snow crab, water melon, honey dew , a big chocolate cake and 4 packs of Dove’s rick dark chocolates.

I remembered I bought some Roni rice with Italian cheese and herbs way back when I started couponing and I have not used them . So, I cooked the 2 packets of rice and they turned out to be so delicious that my hubby asked me if we could have Roni Rice more often :). I remembered with coupons, they only cost me 50cents for 2 packs from publix :).
