I got all these for $7.

A Cover Girl’s Lashblast mascara,a Outlast All-Day lipcolor, an eye shadow and a brusher.

This is how I do it.

CVS’s offer : CVS’s has a buy 1 get 1 free offer for Cover Girl mascara or lipcolor (You get your lipstick free when you buy your mascara or vise versa).

P&G’s offer :P&G (P&G always give coupons in Sunday Gainesville Newspaper insert on 1st Sunday of the Month) has a (buy 1 Cover Girl Blast Mascara and get 1 Cover Girl’s eye shadow)’s coupon on 7/6/08 newspaper..

And I printed a $4 coupon from CVS’s website.

I paid $8.99 for a mascara and get a free lip stick .

And from P&G coupon of buy a mascara , I get a free Cover Girl eyeshadow.

And there is a 50% off when you buy a second product from Cover Girl, I get myself a brusher for 50% which is $2.14.

And I also get a $1 coupon from P&G coupon insert for any Cover Girl’s product.

Total cost $8.99+8.99+$5.19+$2.14=$25.31

With coupons, this is what I end up paying :

$25.31 -$8.99 ( buy 1 get 1 free) - $5.19 (free eye shadow) - $4 (CVS’s printed coupon) = $7.13

I paid ($7.13/$25.31)x100%=28% of what I normally would have paid if I have not know all these couponing stuffs. I would not say it is easy , it does take some works and effort to find deals and coupons related to the deals. But, I personally think it is worth the effort considering the amount of money I have saved through all these deals and coupons.

Check out more next week as I have a couple of deals to share with you.
