A few of my friends have suggested me to start a series on frugal meals that I have made from the free or real cheap ingredients that I have gotten from my extreme coupon quests. So I decided to start this frugal meal series tonight.

Last week, Publix had this great deal on Morning Star products. They were 50% off. Normally they were $3.79 a pack and with 50%, they were ~$1.50 each pack. There were 2 coupons available for this products during the week when Publix has the great sales. There were a $1 coupon at Target site and a $1 coupon at Morning Star site so combine the 2 coupons, not only I got the products free, I made 50cents on each of the product I have gotten.

In fact, I bought a lot of varieties …

Chicken strips, crumbles and even buffalo wings…

I combine this free Morning Star product with this week cheap Velveeta products at Walgreens to make this delicious free meal.
