According to Publix policy, they are suppose to take competitor coupons but it all depend on individual store to define competitor.
What I would suggest you to do is try and u might find out even different publix stores in Boca Raton might has different policy and even each cashier has their own policy. I wish they are more consistent and I am not trying to avoid your questions but even in Gainesville itself, the Publix stores here has their own way of define competitor coupons.

If u guys go to 13th street and some of the cashiers who are not well informed turn down your WG or CVS coupons, ask to speak to Max (an Indian man) or Mary (a Caucasian lady), both of them knew their stores policy very well, they will take all competitors coupons.
And if you talk to them, tell them Jamy send you there , they will be happy

It says you can print the coupon, so I assumed it was for in-store. I haven’t printed it yet myself, so can’t answer for certain.
