Great week @ Publix this coming week
There are lots of great deals this week.
2 that caught my eyes are Shout stain remover and Starbucks ice cream.
1. Shout Laundry Stain Remover is BOGO @ $2.99, there is B1G1 coupon in Publix Smart Summertime Savings booklet
2. Starbucks Coffee Ice Cream is BOGO @ $3.59, there is a $2/1 Starbucks coupon from 06-21-09 SS
(Note : BOGO = Buy one get one free, SS is smart source coupon inserts in Sunday Newspaper)
This is how the Smart summer saving booklet look like :
I got 20 $2 coupons from ebay as I do not buy Sunday Newspaper.
You can buy the coupons from ebay too.
If your Publix take Target coupons, there is a $1 coupon for 1lb of banana and $1 coupon for 1lb of apples, you can print your coupon : HERE . That makes your fruits free this week.
This is the scenario I have crafted for you.
1. 20 icecream = $34.90
2. 2 shout stain remover = $2.99
3. $5 strawberries
4. Vegetables of your choice = $3
3. 3 lbs banana (69cent each lbs) = $2.70
4. 2lb + of apples = $5
Total before coupons = $53.69
Coupons used
20 $2 icecream = $40
1 buy 1 get 1 free shout stain remover = $2.99
3 $1 banana coupon = $3
4. $1 apple coupon = $2
5. Use the $5 off $25 CVS coupons = $5
Total coupons used = $52.99
Total paid out of pocket after coupon = 70cents [ and of course the $5 coupons]
20 packs of icecream , 2 stain removers, 3lb of banana, $5 strawberries, $3 veg, and 2lb+ apples for 70cents ! 
This is incredible! They really allow you to get all of this for only 70 cents? It’s unbelievable! Do you actually only get these items or do you do other shopping as well? Do you feel akward or like you are shorting the store? I’m enticed but a lil nervous to try it.

um ok Found the $1 off 1 lb of apples but I could only find $0.50 off bannanas. Also on your coupons used you have 4 $1 apple coupons =$2. Either I,m reading it wrong or something is reversed. I’m just a guy do im probably messing it up somehow

Yes, they take Super Target but I heard Tower road Publix does not take but 13th street take.

Banana is 50cents coupon for 1lb and apple is $1 coupon for 1lb.

I usually do very precise calculating when i shop. No, I only follow the shopping list I have crafted.
My strategy on this extreme coupon is stock pile on goods where I see nearly free or close free. That is why my grocery this year for the past 7months is still less than $400. I have not tallied June/July yet but I knew I did not spend a dim on June/July but made $70 each month.
Check my last posts about the cheap pork , free fish, free Morning Star produce, well, I do not have to buy meat, fish for a while now.

I have a box freezer. I stocked 20boxes of Bryer ice cream the last sales. I have only 1 box left. I remembered I stocked 50 bottles of juicy juice like 6months ago, I am now with 1 bottle left.
This is the beauty of extreme coupon. When you see free or near free products, you stock pile and then for the rest of the weeks or months, you hardly need to buy anything.

I only buy the things on deals I posted. I am a very discipline shopper, and I have to keep my record of $1000 a year budget.
I used to post pictures of products I bought and the receipts related to it but these few months I am gotten so busy at work and I am also looking for a 2nd home to buy, so am very busy.
cool I thought it was a small error now I understand. I greatly appreciate you time that you put into this jamy. I have only been doing this a couple of weeks, since I saw your article in the paper, but have already cut my spending by about $70 a week and have more food in the house all the time. Your welcome I do appreciate it and began to realize today that you could actually turn a profit buying groceries. It may take me some time to figure it all out. Just two weeks ago I never used coupons because the house brand was always cheaper than a name brand and a coupon. Well obviously I didn’t understand what to do.
As far as being busy I completely understand I have 2 teens and an 11 yr old at home with a constant stream of “my other children” spending the night sometimes several nights. I started useing plastic disposable cups with their names on it to cut down on running the dishwasher.:)
Well like i said I’m not working at the moment (hopefully will soon) so I will do what I can to help out.

I agree with Kevin. I TRULY appreciate your posts!!! and I have spread the word to everyone I know that could benefit from it. I am so excited I just ordered my coupons for the icecream. Every day I feel like I have so much to research. I also never really used coupons b/c I could get generic brands cheaper (so I thought). We too are a single income family with 3 kids and it is hard make ends meet sometimes. I would LOVE to be able to only spend $1000 for the year on groceries, usually its $1000 in about 2-3 months. I look forward to learning more.

My philosophy in life is live below your mean, save when you have good days (good incomes) cos you never know when rainy days going to come.
We live on a 2 income and I earn pretty decent $ being a register nurse but I am very frugal and I have always been that way. But, after discovered the extreme coupon, it blows my mind away cos I used to buy cheap stuffs at Save-A-Lot or Walmart, but I have not stepped in Save-A-Lot for nearly 2 years now.
I still need to learn other things beside grocery, I always joke that one of these days I am going to find a buy 1 get 1 free house and with coupons with it.
My washer broke down and I wanted to buy a front load washer. So, I went to buy 10% off coupon Lowes coupon from ebay. And there is a new Lowes in Alachua and they match the 10% off competitor deals (Home depo) and with the other 10% off coupon I have, I am paying $470 for a $600 washer. Even the cheapest brand such as Rolper is selling like $360, and I only pay another $110 for a 3.2 cf energy efficient front load washer.
The whole thing about this extreme coupon is Plan , Plan , Plan and Plan !
No impulse buying and being discipline. I should have been born in this country , I would have been our country military commandor

How much did you pay for the ice cream coupons? Shouldn’t you consider that in your total out of pocket expense? Or is that the equivalent to buying a Sunday paper and not including that expense?

I sold $87 worth of good last week at yard sales, that I also put it back to my weekly budget, that is one of the reasons, I keep up with my yearly budget.

OK an open question for anyone.
On the coupon printer. Does it onlly allow a certain amount of coupons to be printed for the product nationally? For instance the b3g1 for kraft mac and cheese. I printed out 2 of them. Now, no matter which computer I go to on any network it tells me you have printed out the maximum allowed coupons for this product. Now I know they aren’t psychic and I know some of the computers I used never had coupons printed on them. Any thoughts?

I do not have the problem as I often is able to print 2 coupons at 1 computer and so forth and forth.

u can use 3 Man Q + 3 Food lion
But bear in mind this
a. The number of Q cannot exceed the number of products u buy
In this case, you have 6 coupons but only 3 products, so you need to get 3 fillers as term by extreme coupons
My experience with filler is to get as cheap goods as u can and of course those that you do use.
In my case, I often buy instant noddles cos I do eat them
. It is 6 for 89cents. so each is about 15cent each, or u can buy lemon for 20cents each.

I sell free coupon find stuff, eg I got so many free Mccomic grinder, mayaonose and Pepsi product recently and also not forgetting kingsford charcoal.
I sold very cheap, most of the products are $1
even if the are sold $9.99 at stores or $89.99 in the stores.

I wanted to let you know too, how very much I appreciate what you do. I saw you on the Gainesville Mom’s Board and have never looked back. My husband was laid off and this is the only way we can survive. I have cut our food bill for our family of 4 by OVER half. I am so ecstatic when I find something BOGO and I have coupons for it. I know you said you have limited qty of the ice cream coupons, but if you still have a couple you are willing to spare, I would love it. Again, thank you so much. 12 box Uncle Ben’s rice bogo
3 Motts Applesauce 3 for $5
1 Package of Perdue chicken breast
1 20 oz soda I drank while shopping
All together About $35 pre sale.
with 6 $1 off 2 uncle Bens coupons
3 $1 Motts apple sauce
3 $1 Flips for Motts
1 $ 5 off 25 Walgreens
1 $0.75 off Perue chicken (I’m not sure where I got this one from)
I paid $2.75 for all of this. I like this. If I hadn’t treated myself to a soda it would have been $1.75.
Also If you were lucky enough to get some of the b3g1 Mac and cheese coupons (they won’t print anymore) walgreens has a get Kraft Mac and Cheese coupon for $0.69 that is a $0.60 saveings at publix. So with one b3g1 and 4
Walgreens you can get 4 Mac and cheese at publix for free and make $1.11. If you have more b3g1 you can do that in groups of 4 and increase your bonus. Now thats a deal. Unfortunately I was only able to get 2 of the b3g1 from Kraft before they stopped printing them. My kids love mac and cheese. Thank you for showing us this Jamy i luv it.

Have you guys know there is a new booklet called “Toss 4 cash”,there are $20 worth of Publix coupons. I have gotten quite a few.
There is one of them which I am very interested, it is TGIF meals (they are good), I remember at one time, there is a buy 1 get 1 free deal and there is a $2 tear pad next to the TGIF meals.
So, may I assign you guys a task ? Please look out for tear pad on TGIF meals.
I have gotten quite a lot of the booklet and if anyone of you find the tear pads, please take a number of them.
I intend to set up 2 things in the near future.
1. Set up a column in this web site where we can exchange coupons
2. Set up once a month meeting where we can exchange coupons

With The b3g1 coupon that will give you 4 Kraft Mac and cheese for 1.29. Then take 4 Walgreens coupons for $0.69 Kraft Mac and cheese that gives you $0.60 off each box. So you get 4 free Mac and Cheese and make $1.11. I hope that is what u were asking about. I wouldn’t mind getting together I don’t have many coupons yet but I’m working on it. Only been doing this for 2-3 weeks.

Is the Mc & cheese the cup form (ie one serving) ?
Which WG did you get the 69cents coupons.
If it is the cup form, I think mind is buy 3 get 1 free.

I got a lot of Mc & cheese and Velveeta, they are so handy cos we are painting the kitchen wall and putting new vinyl tiles and with all the mess in the kitchen,I just microwave the Mc Cheese and they are so easy to make
TGIF is thank god is friday restaurant meal, very nice. I remember this Feb , there is a buy 1 get 1 free and there was a $2 tear pad next to the freezer that has the meal.
So it come up to be
$7.99 – $4 = $2
I bought10 of them and I have 3 of the $5 off $25
5 x $8 = $40
- 10 x $2 = 20
- 3 x $5 = $15
I end up paying $5 for 10 of those frozen meals
They are great great meal, esp,. the Mexican wrap meals, the meat is so juicy even thought it is a frozen meal. It is worth every cents.
That is the reason I ask you to watch out for that tear pad cos since Toss4cash has $2 coupons and it is not expire till 9/30/09, we might even have the buy 1 get 1 free deal soon cos Publix often put up buy 1 get 1 free deal when they have the store coupon. It will be a deal for any working woman. I have to make sure I let rachael know about it.
If there is a BOGO deals and if you find the tear pad, we will be getting it for free

I have a questions for anyone. Can we use more then 1 coupon for an item at out kmart in Gainesville?
A friend of mine lives in Orlando, and she used 2 coupons on everything. I have not tried this at our Kmart.

Another silly questions, what is toos 4 cash, and were are you all finding tear pads?
Are these in the store? I shop at tower rd and I never see anything with a tear pad. Half of the time the B1G1 are not even posted.

No the MC is the regular box kind. Not the cups or the more expensive box kind that was on sale 2 weeks ago. Its the Old fasioned Kraft MC.

The toss for cash is a booklet at Publix. It has people on it that look like they are at a football game and “save $20″ in big letters at the top of it.
