Coupon Swaps 101
Many of you said you have many coupons that you do not use and that you find that it is a waste if you throw them away, so I decided to put this small section where you guys can swap coupons. Please be honest to one another. All you need to do is leave a comment on this post and if someone who has the coupons and want to swap, exchange email and there you go :
Please keep this simple and short :
a. Coupons you want to swap (Products names)
b. Expire date of the coupons
c. Quantity
d. Date you post your comment.
e. Your email. I suggest you get an gmail just for this purpose.

I do not use any of the baby, feminine hygeine, makeup, lotions coupons. If anyone is interested in these let me know what you may have to trade.
I am looking for frozen/canned veggies and canned fruits. Also any side dish type and of course main dish… ie meat, fish fresh or frozen. Basically just let me know what you may want to exchange. I just don’t want all these coupons to go to waste.

Basically, I have extra of all coupons that come in the Sunday newspaper inserts. I get several copies from all my relatives and I never use them all. I am always looking for coupons for my 85 year old grandmother for depends or any kind of disposable underwear. They are so expensive and we go through about 2 packs a week. Also lunchable coupons, I rarely see those. My daughter loves to take them to school. Just email me and I can mail out coupons right away. Don’t be afraid to ask, I have just about EVERYTHING:)

What I can use is any sort of meat coupons (fish sticks, tyson chicken, or even fresh meat)
also any veggies(frozen or canned). And if you don’t have any animals, any of the BOGO or free can/pouch of dog/cat food.
Once I send you your coupons, you will have my address and you can forward whatever coupons you have in trade to me, or if you want we could meet somewhere. I work in NW Gainesville and live in Alachua.

Fresh produce and fresh meat coupons are hard to come by.
But, this is when overage comes to play.
For eg, if you buy 20 of the starbuck icecream, each 2 of them give u 51cents (they are $3.49) so with 20 of them, you make $5.10 cents and use that to buy fresh meat. And do it consistently, you will eventually have enough free fresh meat.
I seldom has fresh meat coupons but I have never spend a dim on fresh meat cos of the overage I use towards fresh meat.
I do not have pet but I have lots of pet coupons. Pet coupons often are high value and that is when u use the overage to pay for your fresh meat and you can always give the pet food away to family or friends. I am sure they will be very happy and for my case, I sell them @ my neighbor yard sales and the $ I made I put it back to my grocery budget.

I just want to introduce myself- let’s just say I am sold on coupons and I SO APPRECIATE Jamy. I live in NW Gainesville and am saving $$$$ like never before. I have no children or pets, but I love bargains and I am now about to start donating to a locale woman’s ministry. It feels great to be able to do this. I am mostly interested in swapping tips and finds. Perhaps I will participate in coupon swapping in the future. Lisa
I took all the money-making Beneful dog food from last week right down the street to the St. Francis House. The smaller bags were perfect for the guests that didn’t want to give up their pets, but couldn’t haul around a huge bag of dog food. I was told that they are always in need of personal care items, too.
Of, forgot to post the coupon part - I have the Refresh Your Nest for Less book if anyone wants to trade for cheese or milk coupons. I don’t buy many cleaning products, so those are up for grabs. Live and work near downtown.

I have extra coupons for side dishes, etc. There are also meat coupons that you can print for Food Lion. I swap coupons with a group of women from my church, actually usually I just say what I need. I do use diaper, wipe, and baby item coupons for a little one but only specific brands. I also have many extra coupons for hair and makeup products. I have saved so much money using the coupons. Last week I spent 40 and got 120 worth of stuff I really needed. I also made money at CVS in the form of a gift card with lots of free stuff. I even went to Dollar General and got 50.00 worth of supplies for 13.00. I would be happy to share some coupons with you. I probably don’t need to trade but I know I have extras.

Also for anyone who does not know…there is a program to help soldiers by sending them expired coupons. They are allowed to use them at the base for up to six months after they expire.

My best bet would be go to ebay and type in
Nestle Good Starts Formula coupons and see if it is worthwhile to get those coupons.

None of the Sunday papers at the convenience store around the corner from our home had coupons. Did anyone else have this issue?
Usually the Sunday before a holiday there will not be coupons in the newspaper.
There were not any coupons in this weeks paper, I used this as a time to organize all of my coupons. Remember that you can send your expired coupons to military families overseas who can use them six months after the expiration date. Check out http://www.ocpnet.org for more info.
Hello to all. Enjoying hearing about everyone’s experience. New to extreme couponing so taking baby steps. I just don’t understand the overage theory described above. Were you saying that you buy the Starbucks coupons from ebay and then when Starbucks is on sale use them. But isn’t that only ie: $.50 or so, off each one, and I would still have to pay the rest? I did follow the scenario that Tamy had re: $6 pork, the charcoal, kraft dressing, bbq sauce and did really well. I found a charcoal bag that had an instant coupon on it for free Hebrew National Franks!. I’m learning. But it also had another instant off coupon and the cashier took that and used it first and when I handed him my coupons, I had a duplicate and I think he thought I was trying to cheat him. Does anyone have the Publix saving for all season booklets? I am looking for the Purina Beggin Strips coupons. Or any other dog food/snacks.

I used to think I have no use of cat or dog coupons cos I do not have dog or cat not till I learn about how to leverage with overage.
This is what I mean :
For eg, if Purina cat or dog food is buy 1 get 1 free @ $3.99
And say you have 2 $3 Purina cat or dog coupons, then if you use them, you are making some profit out of it
Buy 2 Purina cat food @ $3.99
- Use 2 x $3 coupon = 6
—-
Net pay = 3.01 Profit
Use that to buy your family some vegetables or fruits.
That is the beauty of extreme couponing.

I have extra dole b3 gt 1 off, and by 2 krafts bayos get 2 off produce, b1 mayo and get 1 off produce, and a few extra cookies ones 1 off 2.

I have several $3 off Purina One any size cat or dog food coupons (MQ) I got them from ebay and didn’t have enough time to use all of them. They expire the 13th of Oct!!! Only a few days left. Let me know if you can use them- probably have about 25 or so
