Well, I saw there are cereal cups in Publix and they are 10 for $10, so it is $1 per cup.
And the coupon is $1 so last night I bought a lucky charm for my kid.

Hi Jamy, just tried to use the cereal coupons for the 10 for $10 and the Haile Publix would only let you use 1 and Tower Publix wouldn’t let me use any. Which Publix do you use? Also Haile manager said all Publix policies were the same?? What do you think is going on??
I just called Publix and they only take the coupons if the item will not be Free. So if an item is $1 and u have a Trget coupon for $1 they will not take it. So what for them to go back full price nad get them cheap just not Free.

Go try and see if they actually do as they said in the phone. Publix has the most inconsistence policy, even the same store,different cashier has different policy.
