This is in fact a fund raising post.
My son goes to CornerStone Academy school in town. The school is doing a fund raising for the soccer field by selling 2010 Entertainment 2010. I get to help out in this project.
This post is a combination of Contest give away and fund raising for Cornerstone Academy.

other than that prob >90% spent like $19 on over $200 worth of groceries in 1 day (2 trips)

It’s hard to say because I really wasn’t buying much, I am probably saving about $50 a week , but getting at least 20 times as much food as before. We can actually eat and not have to worry about whether or not we have enough food to last the week.
7. What is the biggest % saving you have done on your grocery shopping since you have started extreme couponing ? I have actually gotten to about 99.3%, I got $86.72 worth of groceries for only .60 and of course, if I hadn’t gone off track earlier this week I would have made money!
8. If there is one thing you like to do with the $ that you saved in extreme couponing, what it is ? we are eating better, and the money I am saving is going towards paying bills. I have not sold any extra freebies yet, but am planning on having a yard sale with a neighbor in about two weeks and plan on selling some of those extras then.
Please understand that my husband is in the construction industry and went from bringing home $800 a week to about $200 a week now. He has started a business on the side which helps, but it is not the same money. We’ve had a VERY rough two years with the economy and health issues. This extreme couponing truly is a life saver for us. We don’t have to make that decision of either buying food or paying the electric bill. God has a job for everyone and yours is to teach people how to ‘fish’ for the greatest deals possible!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!

I think it would be fun to be able to have a place for us topost about great sales/clearances we see around here (for Gainesville residents).

7. What is the biggest % saving you have done on your grocery shopping since you have started extreme couponing ? FREE!!! When the Dannon yogurts were BOGO and there were $2/1 coupons, I bought a bunch. The cashier laughed when I didn’t owe them anything.

6. What is your weekly average saving since you started using extreme couponing system ? I save 47%. That includes savings on food, household and cleaning supplies (since I clean houses and offices), and toiletries.
7. What is the biggest % saving you have done on your grocery shopping since you have started extreme couponing ? 90%
8. If there is one thing you like to do with the $ that you saved in extreme couponing, what it is ? Buy more food. The money I save simply means that we can buy enough to not go hungry. God always takes care of us, but in this season of our lives He has chosen to do it, among other ways, by letting us save money by couponing.

1. On January 1st – I googled how to save on your grocery bill — this was my new years resolution to save where i could for my family
2. The 5 sites would be — Seaykopitiam, AfullCup, Southern Savers, IHeartPublix and IHeartSavingMoney
3. I have been coming to your site since the newspaper article came out
4. I look at your blog daily (reading post by others is extremely beneficial – a good lead on deals)
5. I like your site as is – You improve as you feel nessisary — But it works for me — I can find things easily enough
6. My Weekly Average savings is 90-99%
7. I had one order once at Publix that was $.35 cents with a savings of $415.22 — i had to toss a pack of gum up at the end to go out of the negative !!!
8. Pay what we couldnt before coupons — we are in debt but slowly we are digging our way out of it with the money i save using coupons — I gift tons out of what we get — I feel it is the right thing to do — We went from wondering where our next meal is coming from (as the economy hit my husbands flooring business hard this past 2 years)to being able to hand over bagfuls at a time and not even missing it — I even have my dad couponing ehehhe — hes a tropper !!! — I will never shop the same again now !!! And we will never go hungry ever !!! — a friend of my sons came over a few weeks back – my husband told him we have no money but we can sure feed u if ur hungry — i giggles till the point i had tears — Coupons have been a god send to my family in more ways than one !!!
Lisa I agree with you and I’m in a similar position. Our dept cut our OT so my paychecks basically were cut in half! Making ends meet became incredibly difficult. I know that God lead me to the article in the newspaper to help me learn what I can do to improve things for my family. And it is such an incredible blessing to be able to buy groceries for others in need as well! (and still spend not even half of what I used to spend!) Plus I get to take a lot of snacks to my kids classes at little or no cost to me! I also pass on what I have learned to everyone who will listen. People always say “you need to print me some of those coupons” and I tell them, they need to do it for themselves and I teach them how.
