Cheap, fast and healthy meal from extreme couponing.

Who said you need to eat bad food when you do extreme couponing. Look at this cheap, fast and healthy meal.

1. Lightly stir fry your fresh onion with cooking olive oil (both free with overage from other products).

2. Chop up free TGIF meat and green vine tomatoes (they are free as well).

4. Add on free fresh mushroom (they are free too)

5. Add on free Ragu sauce (this is free too)

6. Add you have a balance pasta sauce (meat and plenty of vegetables)

7. And you get your pasta ready (remember these cheap pasta ? :)

8. And the pasta sauce and pasta are ready !

9. And mummy keep the meal on the table for everyone and then she goes to work.

And mommy get to keep her slim figure by eating right :) , LOL :)

    Definitely good picture! I am still using Ragu and organic Muir Glen tomatoes stockpiled months ago! And cheap canned mushrooms from Sav-A-Lot. Not free but darned close – :)
